Attacking midfielder Edward Kiryowa has renewed his contract with Police FC and will remain at the Kibuli based side for at least the next three years.
The midfielder spent most of last season nursing injuries but has agreed to a three-year extension contract with the Abdullah Mubiru’s side.
After signing an extension, Kiryowa said he is delighted that the club has shown trust and confidence in him.
“I feel so happy for the opportunity granted to extend my stay with Police FC. It’s a sign of trust and confidence in me as a player and I promise to do my best,” He said.
He also promised the club’s fans that he will work harder next season.
“I am going to work harder than last season to help the club attain greater heights, we are all looking forward to achieving the best as we build our football profession.”
Kiryowa becomes the fifth player to renew his contract with Police FC after Musa Matovu, Johnson Odong, Dennis Rukundo, and Yusuf Ssozi all extended their stay in the last few weeks.
