The Evangels finished the 2019 campaign with a 14-6-1 record, notching the second-most wins in a season since the program’s inception.

MACU defeated Southwestern Christian 4-0 in the NCCAA Central Region Championship to capture its fourth regional title in the last six seasons and advance to the NCCAA National Championship Tournament.

Competing in their fourth national meet in Kissimmee, Fla, the Evangels picked up a 4-0 victory over Erskine College in pool play, their first win at the national meet since defeating Columbia International 6-0 in pool play at the 2015 NCCAA National Championships.

Nakirya was part of the Kawempe Muslim Ladies team that won the inaugural FUFA Women Elite league in 2015.
