Rogers Mugisha Set to Make North Macedonia Move

0

Rogers Mugisha, a talented 21-year-old Ugandan forward, is set to complete a move to North Macedonia to join top-tier club Brera Strumica.

This comes just days after terminating his two year and half contract with Danish side AC Horsen due to lack of playing time at the club.

Mugisha, a former Mbarara City Junior Team player, has had an impressive career trajectory, with stints at UPDF FC in the Uganda Premier League and Gor Mahia in the Kenyan Premier League.

His outstanding performances earned him a spot in the Hippos squad that represented Uganda at the 2021 AFCON U20 tournament in Mauritania, where he was voted into the team of the tournament.

At Brera Strumica, Mugisha will hope to join fellow Ugandan and Cranes forward Rogers Kassim Mato, who made the move earlier this year.

The 21-year old will sign an initial two-year contract, keeping him at the club until the end of the 2025/26 season.
