Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club ( KCCA FC) has unveiled former Vipers SC and Uganda Cranes midfielder Moses Waiswa.

Waiswa was unveiled as KCCA new signing on Wednesday evening in a video uploaded on KCCA FC’s official YouTube Channel.

Waiswa joins the Kasasiro Boys as a free agent, having run down his contract at South Africa DSTV Premiership side SuperSport United. He has put pen to paper on a two-year employment contract till the end of the 2023-24 season.

He had spent two seasons at SuperSport United, having joined them in 2020 from Vipers’ SC.

Waiswa also played at Vaxjo in Sweden and adds more experience to the Kasasiro Boys side that struggled creating chances last season.

The midfielder was voted FUFA Player of the Year in 2018, beating off Allan Okello.

He becomes the first official signing for KCCA ahead of next season.

KCCA has reportedly released a couple of players that include Yasser Mugerwa, Davis Kasirye and Samson Andrew Kigozi.
