The Futsal Super League Frenzy Edition returned in style, serving up goals, comebacks and commanding performances across both the boys’ and girls’ categories.
The headline clash saw Mengo City FC storm to the top of the Boys section standings after a spirited 2–1 comeback victory over Kabowa Dream Team. Kabowa had drawn first blood in the 11th minute through Kasozi Elijah, whose strike handed his side an early advantage. Mengo City responded with composure, and just eight minutes later Muhammad Jamar brought them level with a well-placed finish.
Buoyed by the equaliser, Mengo City pushed forward after the restart and were rewarded in the 25th minute when Abdul Razak completed the turnaround, firing home the decisive goal to seal maximum points and send his side to the summit.
Elsewhere in the Boys section, Lubiri Falcons delivered a dominant display, cruising to a 3–0 win over Lubaga Grameen. The Falcons showed efficiency at both ends of the court, never allowing their opponents a way back into the contest.
Entebbe Cheetahs also enjoyed a comfortable afternoon, registering a 3–0 victory against Old Kampala, underlining their intent in the Frenzy Edition.
Action continued in the Girls category, where Lubiri Falcons capped off an impressive matchday with another emphatic performance, defeating Entebbe Cheetahs 3–0 to maintain their strong momentum.
