Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club ( URA FC) have completed the signing of UPDF FC defender James Begisa.
The right back, who was unveiled on Wednesday morning joins the Tax Collectors on a two-year employment contract until the end of the 2023-24 season.

Begisa joins URA as a direct replacement to Ashraf Mandela who recently completed his move back to Vipers SC.
He becomes the Tax Collectors second addition this window after George Ssekaaba was captured early this week from Express FC.
The 19-year old was named StarTimes Uganda Premier League best right back last season after his sublime performances with UPDF FC.
Begisa was part of the Uganda Hippos side that made it to the U-20 AFCON Final last year in Mauritania.
