Uganda Cranes forward Isma Mugulusi is said to be on the verge of joining Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) after a stint in Lithuania.
Despite having signed contract at Lithuanian side FK Riteriai, Mugulusi who has been training with the tax collectors is said to have signed a two year employment contract according to different sources.
The Forward was a strong pillar in the Morley Byekwaso’s 2021 Hippos team that won silver at the TotalEnergies CAF U-20 championships in Mauritania and since then has featured Lithuanian side FK Riteriai, Greek second division side Makedonikos Neapolis, Busoga United and SC Villa.
URA which is coached by Alex Isabirye has so far signed goalkeepers Derrick Ochan and Abdul Magada, midfielder Ibrahim Kazindula and defender Bright Vuni
