Joel Wampamba and Fredrick Ssonko were on scoresheet as Kampala International University cruised to a 2-1 win over Kumi University in the University Football League match played at Kumi University playground on Thursday evening.

Wampamba Joel pounced onto a loose ball to tap in from close range in the 45th minute of the game and gift the visitors a halftime lead.
