Travelling squad to Tunisia training camp named by Coach Micho


Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojevic “Micho” has named a 25-player squad that will travel to Tunisia for an African Nations Championship ( CHAN) preparations training camp .

The squad will travel to Sousse, Tunisia on Sunday 1st January 2023 and will play atleast three friendly matches while there.

It consists of three goalkeepers, eight defenders, four midfielders and 10 forwards.

The training camp is organised to prepare the team ahead of the 2023 CHAN tournament in Algeria. The Cranes is pitted in group B alongside DR Congo, Ivory Coast and Senegal.

Uganda will be hoping to make it out of the group stage for the first time in it’s history – having failed on the previous five time.
