Shamira Nabbada to officiate at the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup

Fresh from the Paris 2024 Olympics, referee Shamirah Nabbada is among the two centre referees chosen from Africa to officiate at the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in the Dominican Republic

With a total number of six African officials including the assistant referees, they will all officiate at the tournament that will run from September 3rd to October 10th 2024.

The other include;

  • Centre Referee : Mehat Ghada – Algeria

Assistant referees.

  1. Hamdi Soukaina – Morocco
  2. Abdel-Fattah Yara – Egypt
  3. Kone fanta – Mali
  4. Kasitu Nancy – Zambia

Nabadda’s impressive CV includes officiating at the 2022 Africa Women Cup of Nations and the 2023 CAF Women’s Champions League.
