Kobs win their second consecutive season title in the 2022 Nile Special Rugby 7’s as they clinch the Tooro 7’s at the King Park Arena on Sunday.

The Kampala Old Boys won the final game of the circuit 10-7 beating up the Jinja Hippos who have had a good run in these sevens series.
This was the fifth circuit of the 2022 Nile Special Rugby Sevens Series after the Wakiso, Entebbe, Arua and Rujumba sevens’ circuits.
Aredo was also named Most Valuable Player for his outstanding performances on the day that pushed Kobs into third of the Log.

The teams will play next in Jinja at the weekend and this will be a two day circuit on September 24-25th for the Kyabazinga Series.
After five series, Jinja Hippos are now on top of the Log with 87 points to top the series standings and Heathens come in second followed by Kobs.
