Katwe United misery continues as they fall to Paidha, a 5th loss of the season


Startimes FUFA Big League match day eight climaxed Paidha and Kansai Plascon picking up vital wins on the day.

Struggling side, Katwe United suffered their 5th consecutive defeat going down to a 2-1 loss to Paidha Black Angels on Monday evening at Startimes stadium, lugogo.

Fabian Obai and Living Kabon second half strikes gave Paidha a 2 goals before Allan Tebusweke scored the consolation for the TuliBanyiivu side.

Katwe United are now winless since their opening day victory against Light SS while Paidha Black Angels returned to winning ways, having lost their last league outing to top placed MYDA FC.

Katwe sit bottom with 4 points garnered in 7 games while Paidha have collected 10 points in the 7 games played so far.

Elsewhere, Kansai Plascon overcame Nyamityobora FC courtesy of a Robert Ssentogo Jr. brace, while, Richard Makumbi’s Kiboga Young and Light SS played out to 1-all draw in CRO Sansiro grounds in Mbale.

Simon Odeke scored the game opener for Light SS before Brian Olega equalized late on for the home side.
