James Odoch: competing for the titles is our target this season

Express FC assistant coach James Odoch says the Red Eagles are targeting competing for the StarTimes UPL title this season.

The Wakulukuku based side will kickstart their 2020/21 league campaign on Saturday 5th December 2020 with a trip to the Greenlight Stadium, Arua to face Onduparaka FC.

“Last season we won against Onduparaka although it was a tight game. However, we’ve been working extremely hard for it,” James Odoch told the Express website before adding;

“We are sure the boys are ready to win the game and our target for the new season is to compete for the trophy.”

“We’ve recruited a number of new players but we have been with them long enough to know their abilities and we have prepared them to bond and deliver results,” Odoch concluded.

The Red Eagles who have never lost to Onduparaka FC at the Greenlight Stadium will hope to repeat last season’s feat when they garnered their first win over the caterpillars courtesy of Frank Ssenyondo late strike.

Wasswa Bbosa’s standing record at the Greenlight will be the other factor to play in Express FC’s favor.
