Diaspora: How Ugandan professionals fared over the weekend

As always, we present to you an insight on how they fared in their respective leagues.

In Estonia, Edrisa Lubega “Torres” bagged his second successive brace as his Paide Linnameeskond humbled Tallinna JK Legion 3-0 in the Estonia Premium Liiga. Lubega was on target as early as the third minute of the game before assisting Kristofer Piht who scored the Paide’s second goal in the 25th minute. Lubega’s second goal and Paide’s third came at the stroke of halftime.

In Czech Republic, Isaac Muleme featured in Viktoria Zizkov’s 2-1 friendly win over FK Jablonec.

In the Zambia Premier league, Paul Musamali featured as his side Buildcon FC lost 2-0 against Napsa Stars FC while Zanaco FC’s match against Nakambala Leopards was postponed so James Alitho never featured this weekend.

In Denmark, Moses Opondo started on the bench and came on the 46th minute as his Odense Boldklub side lost 2-1 to Aarhus Gymnastik Forening  in the Europa League playoff final in the Danish SuperLigaen.

In Sweden, Ritah Kivumbi netted twice as her side Mallbacken W IF defeated Lldköping W in the Swedish Elitettan Women league.

Viola Nambi wasn’t in the Matchday squad as her side Vaxjo DFF W defeated Djurgården in the Swedish Allsvensken Women.

Isaak Ssewankambo played full-time while Ronald Mukiibi was an unused sub as their Ostersunds side drew 1-all with Varbergs Bois in the Swedish Allsvenskan.

Tito Nehema scored twice as his side FC Arninge defeated Bolivia FC 4-1 in the finals of the Latin American Cup.

Allan Zizinga came on in the 83rd minute as his side FC Gute defeated Vartans Ik 4-2 after extra time of the qualification round of the Swedish Cup while Patrick Mulyanti featured for IFK Ämäl in their 2-1 loss to Carlstand United.
