The Quarterfinal fixtures for the 2023 Masaza Cup were released by the tournament committee on Sunday.
They were revealed right after the final round of the group stage games where Buddu fought hard to get through at Masaka Recreation ground.
Buddu who were not given a lot of chance to progress to the last eight in third had overcome Buluuli which they did perfectly with a 2-1 in their favour.
This helped Buddu advance to the next step with Buwekula who topped the group with 20 points only for them to come second in Masengere group.
In the Muganzirwaza group, the three time Masaza Cup winners, Mawokota finished top with 17 points after their goalless stalemate with Gomba to keep them in second by a point.
For Bulange, Buvuma humbled Butambala 1-0 in Bulange Group to finish in second place with 16 points three points short of Ssingo.
Then we had two of the best losers from all the groups in Kyadondo and Bulemezi.
The Quaterfinals draws are as follows;
