Returnee Allan Okello will wear the shirt number 10 at KCCA in the upcoming 2022/23 StarTimes Uganda Premier League season.
This was confirmed by the Kasasiro Boys on Monday evening as they announced the squad numbers of their squad players.
KCCA’s shirt number 10 was previously worn by Yasser Mugerwa who departed the club at the end of the last season.
Furthermore, All the other 10 signings made in the recently closed transfer window have also been handed shirt numbers.
Mustafa Mujuzi will do on shirt number 2, which was previously won by Innocent Wafula while Saidi Mayanja takes the shirt number 4, previously worn by Musa Ramathan.
Shirt 11, previously won by Andrew Samson Kigozi has been taken by Mohammad Shaban, Kankonde Tshisungu will don on 21 and Daniel Isiagi 30.
Meanwhile, Julius Poloto has inherited Gift Ali’s shirt number 7 while Mohammad Ssenoga Kagawa takes up Stefano Mazego’s shirt number 6.
While Peter Magambo and Herbert Achai have not been handed shirt numbers as they are still recovering from long-term injuries.
Andrew Kawooya has also not been handed a shirt number despite returning to the KCCA from a successful loan stint at UPDF FC.
