Record winners KCCA FC have been pitted against fellow StarTimes Uganda Premier League side Soltilo Bright Stars in this year’s Stanbic Uganda Cup quarter-final.
This was confirmed on Wednesday morning during the draw ceremony held at FUFA House in Mengo.
Last year’s winners BUL FC have been handed an away tie to Police while Vipers has a home tie against Calvary FC.
Express FC will also be away in Adjumani to face Adjumani Town Council Football Club who eliminated Bunyaruguru United in the round of 16 tie.
These ties will be one-legged and will be played between 10th and 14th April.
At this round, there will be an extra time of not more than 15 minutes each half shall be played to determine the winner if the teams are still tied by goals at the end of the 90 minutes.
If the teams remain tied after extra time, we will have spot kicks to determine the winner.
