Fullback Dissan Galiwango has confirmed his departure from Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC.
The former Express midfielder leaves the venoms after just three years since he signed for the club from Express FC.
Galiwago made this official through a post via his social media handles.
“With a heavy heart , I announce my departure from Vipers FC.” Galiwago wrote.
“I would like to express my gratitude to the team and fans. It has been a great stay filled with unending support , skills growth, strong bonds and many achievements…Thank you for everything.????????”
Galiwango joined the Venoms in July 2020 from Express FC, on a four year deal.
During his time at Kitende, he has won two Uganda Premier League titles and one Uganda Cup.
Since he joined the club, Galiwango has been limited to just little minutes on pitch as he has been an understudy to first Aziz Kayondo, and this season to Isa Mubiru.
He becomes the first player to leave the Venoms in the off-season as the teams prepares again to participate in the CAF Champions League.
Galiwango began his football career at Rifo Soccer Academy before being picked by Simba FC in 2015.From Simba, he joined Water FC in 2018 before being scooped up by Express in August the same year.
