Futsal Super League: Aidenal maintains lead over Park as KJT loses first game


Aidenal School of Soccer and Art ( ASOSA) have maintained their two points lead over title rivals Park FC in the Futsal Super League.

This is after they secured victories in both their match day three fixtures played at Old Kampala Arena on Saturday.

They held on to beat Kabowa Dream 5-4 in their first game before outclassing Talent Bridge 7-4 in their second game.

John Ben Nakibinge netted five goals in two games to ensure Aidenal moved to 16 points in eight games. He netted twice against Kabowa before getting thrice on the scoresheet against Talent Bridge.

The other scorers on the day for ASOSA included Faizal Wabyona, who netted twice against Talent Bridge and once against Kabowa, Kavuma Marvin, who netted a brace against Talent Bridge and Mutyaba Sula.

Park FC moved second on the log after also winning both of their games on match day three to move to 14 points.

Park overcame Luzira (7-2) in their first game and ASKA (7-3) in their second.

Meanwhile, KJT dropped points after they lost 5-2 to Kisenyi FC in the Mengo derby. They had earlier defeated Talent Bridge 6-0 in their first game.

Park’s Abas Junior netted the most goals (8) of match day three.
