Real stars sports monthy awards organizing committee will be rewarding different athletes in conjunction with Fortebet for the month of January on Tuesday 7th February at the Route 256 in Lugoogo.
The organizing committee led by Mr Isaac Mukasa has nominated a total of fifteen(15) athletes from five sports disciplines with each category carrying three.
All the winners from each category will be rewarded for their excellent performance with an accolade courtesy of Jude Colour Solutions and an envelope of Cash.
Five of the categories selected are Motorcross, Boxing, Cricket, Rugby and Pool;
In the category of Cricket, Daniel Lutaya the most outstanding Player of the T20 Waterfalls tournament with face Joan Mbabazi won the third Edition of the Women’s Elite League with Ssipi Trekkers and Proscovia Alako of Bujjagali.
For Boxing Shadir Musa Bwogi who won the National Super Middleweight Title nominated alongside Aziz Ssebulime and Yusuf Babu.
While the MX125 Champion at Garuga Race Track Waleed Omar, will be tussle it out with Miguel Katende and Wazir Omar In Motocross.
For Rugby Aaron Ofoyrwoth, winner of the Uganda Cup with Platinum Credit Heathens face off fellow Uganda Cup finalist Ivan Magomu of Black Pirates and Henry Nsekuye of Makerere Impis who has started off the season on fire with two man of the match accolades.
For Pool Rasheeda Mutesi, Rukia Naiga and Ibrahim Sejjemba will go head to head.
