David Kakeeto: Youngster makes FUFA Big League switch


After loosing a number of players during this summer, Police FC tame young defender David Kakeeto on a 3 year deal.

The defender has been training with the Kops for a while before he put pen to paper.

Kakeeto 24, who has been without a club was training with Sports Club Villa in the previous six months after he left big league side Luweero United in the 2021.

The stylish left back is the first player to join the club during this summer transfer window. He can also play at centre back and left wing something that portrays his versertility.

One of his tasks will be to help bring back the Kops to the top division(Uganda Premier league) after they slide to the FUFA Big League.

Kakeeto has featured for clubs like Kira Young, Luweero United, Express Football Club.

Police who resumed training at Kibuli with a couple of other young talents hope to add more names to their squad as they beef up the team for the 2022/23 FUFA Big League season.
