The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced new dates for the semi-finals of both the Champions League and the Confederation Cup.
The two tournaments were halted in March due to the Coronavirus outbreak that put almost all activities to a standstill.
CAF on Wednesday evening announced the new Semi-final dates and formats.
The Champions League semi-finals will be held in a two-legged format with the first leg to take place between the 25th and 26th September 2020, while the second leg is scheduled for 2nd and 3rd October 2020.
The Football governing body also noted that the venue for the final will be decided basing on the teams that qualify for the finals.
Cairo will be considered if Ahly and Zamalek reach the final showdown or Morocco if Wydad Meets Raja Casablanca in the final.
Incase a Moroccan team meets an Egyptian team in the finals, a neutral ground will be considered.
Meanwhile, the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals will be decided by just a game to take place on 22nd September, 2020 with final hosted at Complexe Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Morocco on 27th September 2020.
