Ugandan Champions Vipers SC have been drawn in Group C in the CAF Champions League group stages.
In Group C, they will face Raja Casablanca, Simba SC and Guinea’s Horoya AC.
This was revealed on Monday morning after the draws made in Cairo, Egypt.
The Venoms, who are debutants in Africa prestigious competition reached this stage after eliminating TP Mazembe in the last qualification round to the group stage.
Group A has defending Champions Wydad Casablanca from Morocco, Atletico Petroleos of Angola, JS Kabylie of Algeria and AS Vita from Democratic Republic of Congo.
Group B has record Champions Al Ahly from Egypt, Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa, Al Hilal and Cotton Sport from Sudan and Cameroon respectively.
While, Group D has Esperance De Tunis, Zamalek of Egypt, CR Belouizdad of Algeria and Al Merrikh from Sudan.
Match day one of the group stages will kick off on 10th February 2023.
