Sports Club Villa has appointed a former Uganda Police Force officer at a Rank of Assistant Inspector Asan Kasingye as the new Club’s spokesperson at the City tyres offices in the Industrial Area -6th street.
Kasingye was once the chairman of FUFA Big League side Uganda Police Football Club something that labels him as an experienced figure in the Uganda Premier League.
Counsel Isaac Walukaga was also among the other individuals to be added onto the executive of the club as one who is in charge of legal and constitutional affairs just like Hajji Ssemanda Salim, who was chosen to be the Vice President in charge of mobilization and fan.
The other members chosen onto the committee include;
•Vice President(Finance) -Daniel Bakaki
•Vice President(Administration) – Baker Mugaino
•Vice President(Technical) -Sam Mubiru
•Women Affairs – Sarah Adong
•CEO – William Nkemba
•Secretary General – Kassim Nziraguhunga
Under the leadership of Club President, Hajji Omar Mandela, of Mandela group- the sponsors of the club, have a major task to rebuild and bring Villa back to its Glory hand in hand with the new club’s executive.
After the announcement, the Vice President in charge of Finance Mr. Bakaki noted that soon the club will unveil the program of constructing its new home grounds which has been a longtime prayer for the Club’s fans.
Sports Club Villa currently host their games at the Muteesa II stadium, Wankulukuku and will kickstart their Uganda Premier League campaign on Friday 15th September against new comers Kitara Football Club.
