Right after rounding up the group stage action on Sunday, eight teams managed to advance to the Quater-final stage as outlined below.

However the Buganda Masaza Cup Organizing Committee confirmed the quarterfinal fixtures on Tuesday 10th September 2024.
Kabula will face off with neighbors and two time champions of the competition, Buddu in the quarterfinal while Kyaddondo will battle it out with Busujju in the quarterfinals.
For Mawokota, one of the best third placed teams will lock horns with Buwekula for a place in the semi final while Kyaggwe, another third placed side will face Ssingo again as they did in the Muganzirwaza group stage..
On the other side, Gomba didn’t make it to the Quaterfinal stage after they lost their petition to Ssingo..
