KCCA comfortably humiliated Gadafi with a 6-1 thumping in a night game played at the MTN Omondi stadium on Friday.
The hosts opened the score in the 18th minute through a sole effort from Katenga who drove the ball from the center line past Gaddafi players before putting it into the net.
Mohammed Shaban quickly doubled the lead in the 22nd minute utilizing Mustapha Kiiza’s cross before he completed his brace in the 25minute from Da Silver’s cross.
Usama Arafat also had a brace scoring in 32nd and 34th minutes through a dead ball and Katenga’s cross respectively while Dominic Ayella secured the sixth goal for the hosts.
Sharif Sengendo scored the only consolation goal for the soldier boys in the 61st minute lfrom Amos Kirya’s cross.
Into the game, the hosts entirely dominated the game through several attacks from Katenga, Usama Arafat.
The visitors started the second half with much energy then slowed down towards the final minutes.
This was the second win of the season for the Kasasiro boys taking them to the 14th position with 7 points in 9 games while Gadafi is the 10 position with 10 points.
In the next fixture Abdalla Mubiru’s boys take a trip to Western Uganda to play Mbarara city on Wednesday 6th December at Kakyeka stadium while Soldier boys will host UPDF at the Gadafi Arena in Jinja.
