Maroons has defeated Mbarara city 1-0 at the Luzira prisons ground on Saturday evening
The usual goal scorer, Fred Amaku scored the only goal of the game in the 60th minute through a strike from the penalty area.
This was the fifth goal of the season for the uganda Prisons force corporal, Fred Amaku
Maroons are now up to the 4th position with 17 points pushing down NEC FC to the 5th position with their 16points while Mbarara city in the 12th position with 8 points
Wasswa Bbosa’s boys will host KCCA fc in their next fixture at the Kakyeka stadium in Mbarara on 6th December while the Prisons side will travel to Jinja to play Busoga United on the same day
