Startimes UPL: Fred Amaku brace leaves KCCA pointless

Visitors Maroons edged the hosts of KCCA in a three goal thriller under the floodlights thanks to a Fred Amaku brace on Tuesday evening 

With a missed penalty in the game, Shaban should have felt hard done after scoring a goal through Shaban Muhammad.

The KCCA tormentor Fred Amaku scored as the 23rd minute of the game after spilled David Ndihabwe shot by Juma Mutebi despite a great start by Sergio Tranguil’s men.

However twenty two minutes later, Shaban equalized to make it one all at the close of opening half.

In the second stanza, KCCA pressed and were awarded a penalty with to close the game and winger Usama Arafat failed to convert only for Amaku to seal the win with 10 minutes to end.

The game later on climaxed with a 2-1 loss for the home side , something that piles more pressure on KCCA manger Sergio Traguil who has also had a tough time in two of their previous games against Abu Salem, exiting the CAF CC and losing 1-0 BUL 

KCCA FC will once again host their next game against Express FC on Sunday 8th October in what will be a Kampala derby.

In the other game of the day, Mbarara City at home held Vipers a goalless draw.
