StarTimes UPL: Busoga United to host URA at Kakindu Stadium

Busoga United will host their Uganda Premier League game against URA at the Kakindu Stadium in Jinja.

This was confirmed on Monday evening by UPL Secretariat following Busoga United’s request for a change of venue for that said match.

The game was initially scheduled to take place at FUFA Technical Center, Njeru, but after the FUFA licensing committee approved Kakindu Stadium to start hosting Uganda Premier League games, the Jinja based side requested UPL to change home grounds to Kakindu.

The match will be played on Friday 4th February, 2022 and will be live on Sanyuka TV.

Busoga United is rooted in the relegation zone, sitting in 15th position with 11 points in 14 games.

While their opponents on Friday are sitted in 8th position with 22 points in 13 games.
