Fresh from the Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) in Cameroon, Uganda Cranes midfield maestro Saidi Kyeyune has completed his move to Sudanese Premier League side El Merreikh from Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club (URAFC).

The development was confirmed on Sunday evening by the Sudanese giants after the two parties came to an agreement.

The Club tweeted URA Kampala’s attacking midfielder Saidi Kyeyune is officially Red!

Kyeyune was the Cranes’ best performer at the ongoing CHAN tournament after he found the back of net twice in two games versus Togo and Morocco.

El Merreikh, a former home to Ex-Cranes international Mike Mutyaba and current cranes custodian Salim Jamal sit third on the Sudanese Premier League log with 14 points garnered in their opening six games.
