Uganda Rugby Cranes flyer Phillip Wokorach has completed his move from Bourges XV to French championship side Association sportive de Bédarrides et Châteauneuf-du-Pape (ASBC).

The flyhalf departs Bourges after less than one year since joining them in October 2019 for top tier side ASBC on a 1-year contract.
At Bourges XV, Wokorach helped his side go the full season unbeaten, earning progression to the fourth tier- Fédérale 2.
Phillip Wokorach’s rugby journey
Phillip Wokorach started playing rugby at Hana mixed school after which he moved to the Stallions, formerly Saracen, then to Buffaloes in the Rugby Premier League. He switched to Senior side Heathens where he won many man-of-the-match accolades and national league trophies.
It was in 2017 after Kenya’s national 7s circuit with Pius Ogena and Emmanuel Ecodu that he was signed-up by Kenyan side Kabras where he played for two seasons before heading to France Bourges XV in 2019.
