Petros Koukouras: Greek tactician unveiled as SC Villa head coach

Greek tactician Petros Koukouras has been unveiled as SC Villa’s head coach for the next two years.

He was unveiled by the Club CEO Shawn Mubiru at the Villa head offices in Industrial Area on Monday morning.

Koukouras is a former South Sudan National Team head coach and hold a UEFA A license.

He has previously coached at Apollon Kalamarias, Desn Youth FC and Pacific Heroes. He also took part in the Real Madrid Foundation Clinics.

He replaces Edward Kaziba who has been at the club for the last two seasons.

The Greek coach will be assisted by Jackson Magera and Richard Amatre as his first and second assistants.

While Mubraka Kiberu will be the goalkeeping coach.

Koukouras becoms the fifth foreign tactician to manage the record 16-time UPL champions after Englishman Geoff Hudson, Serbia’s Milutin “Micho” Sredojevic, Serbian Zivojnov Srdjan and Spanish Antonio Flores.
