Ibra Nsimbe: forward renews contract with MYDA FC


Forward Ibra Nsimbe extends stay at newly-promoted UPL side MYDA FC for atleast three more seasons.

The versatile player whose contract had expired at the end of the 2019-20 season, put pen to paper on a three-year extension deal on Wednesday morning at the club offices in Tororo.

Speaking  after the extension, Nsimbe promised to work extra hard to ensure the club stays in the top flight.

“Am happy to have renewed my contract at the team I love” A delighted Nsimbe said before adding

“Myda is my home and am going to work tirelessly to see that we stay in the  top flight league.”

Nsimbe who was the FUFA Big league topscorer last season with 9 goals, helped MYDA FC finish top of the Elgon group to guarantee a place in the 2020-21 StarTimes UPL season.

MYDA has so far signed four players in the ongoing transfers window after Isaac Doka, Yukubu Ramathan, Waiswa Ramathan and Eric Mutebi all joined the club ahead of their first top flight season.
