Nsimbe downs Lango, drums warning at Bukedi ahead of Tuesday’s final


Bukedi book a place in the finals of the FUFA drum tournament after defeating Lango 1-0 in the second semifinal played at Akii Bua Stadium, Liira.

Bukedi started against Lango as the highest scoring province in the tournament after netting 12-goals in the group stages and 7 in the quarterfinal group stage making a total of 19 goals. Meanwhile, Lango had scored 11 goals in the group stages and only 4 in the quarterfinal stage making a total of 15 goals.

Ibra Nsimbe’s lone strike in the 3rd minute of the game was enough for Bukedi to set up a final meet with Acholi. Bukedi’s Derrick Emukule was voted man of the match.

The final between Acholi and Bukedi will be played on Tuesday the 10th Dec 2019 and thetouchlinesports.com will keep you posted
