Uganda Premier League side Vipers SC has confirmed the signing of Angolan international forward Nelione Jose Tavares.
The 32-year old joins the Venoms on a two-year employment contract.
The confirmation of this seal was made official on Saturday evening via the club’s official website.
The forward was registered as a venom before the Ugandan transfer window closed last month.
Taveres joins the venoms from Angolan side Girabola Kabuscorp Sport Cline where he has been for the past few seasons.
He will don on shirt number 24 and becomes the third official signing for the Venoms in the concluded window after Bright Anukani and Jack Komakech.
