Ramiah Bukenya, a 13 year old student at Mbogo High says she’s targeting to reach the final and win the on going City Tyres East Africa Badminton Challenge tournament.
“I have been preparing, we have done allot of stuff with my coach the last time I stopped at Quarter finals but now am ready to go, my target is to be on the final and win it” she said
The City Tyres East Africa Badminton Challenge, that tossed off at NCS Lugogo indoor Arena on the Thursday 26th October 2023.
This is the 5th edition and it’s going to have over 1500 players are taking part in different categories which include Juniors, Senior and Coorporates of both genders.
Different players will be competing starting at U10,13, 15, 19 and seniors.
This year’s event has attracted players from Uganda ,Kenya and India and shall face it’s climax on Sunday 29th 2023.
