Mbogo High, Kibuli SS top the 2023 City Tyres East Africa Badminton Challenge Cup schools category

Mbogo High School and Kibuli SS topped the Schools events at the recently concluded 2023 City Tyres East Africa Badminton Challenge cup at the NCS Lugogo Indoor Arena Kampala on Sunday evening.

Having tossed off on the Thursday 26th October 2023, the tournament attracted over 1000 participants and ran for four days from with action from age groups in both boys and girls.

Kibuli SS won the trophy in the boys school events after beating Kakungulu on final while Mbogo High School did the same in the girls just like it has been in previous school tournaments.

However before the awarding ceremony like it has been all week, the sponsors of City Tyres gave out a bike to Patricia from St Peter’s Secondary School – Naalya
