The defending champions Legends ran riot against The locusts while the Revolutionaries were shocked when the 2020 Light Academy Alumni League resumed for the season 2 on Sunday, 8th March 2020.

The early kickoff saw the Legends put 7 goals past this season’s favorites the Locusts. Ddungu James and Naggenda Ducan both netted twice to help the defending champions start their title defense with a convincing 7-3 win.

The Mad Tings inspired by Kabuusu Mark, came from a goal down to record a 5-2 win over last year’s runner-ups, Revolutionaries.
Buyondo John netted the only goal as the Black Mambas narrowly defeated the Class of 2015 while In the last game of the day, the Bliss were 2-1 winners against the Hornets.

The Legends have taken a premature lead atop of the log with 3 points after game week 1 while the Locusts and Revolutionaries have a had a rough start to the league and sit 8th and 7th respectively with no points garnered
