Martin Ondeko has confirmed he will leave his role as Uganda Cricket Association at the end of March.
Ondeko confirmed the revelation on Friday evening on his official social media handles.
My innings at Uganda Cricket Association come to an end on 31/03/2022. I have been privileged to serve the game that gave me so much. It's now time for someone else to carry on. I take great friendships and memories from the job and will now enjoy the game as a fan.

Ondeko has been with Uganda Cricket Association for over 13 years, three of those have been as CEO after he replaced Justine Ligyalingi in 2018
Before becoming CEO, he was the administrative manager before earning a promotion to the position of operations manager in 2013.
During his tenure as CEO, Cricket Cranes were crowned champions in Rwanda in 2021 and the Baby Cricket Cranes, U19 side qualified to the World Cup after 15 years.
