- She Corporate FC VS Kampala Queens – 1pm
Reigning League champions She Corporate Football Club will host Kampala Queens in a match day two rivalry at the Mubs Arena on Sunday afternoon .
The game that has got both the Clubs and fans exchanging banter on the their different social media platforms will settle different scores which include who signed better? and who has got more quality in their squad?. For who takes the league it’s too early to decide.
Both teams have each signed eight new players and all hope to pull off a good performance on the day inorder to boost their chances to win the league. As of now, these are the two most highly rated teams in the League and we shall hope to witness that on Sunday.
In the pre-match press conference at the FUFA House, Mengo on Friday, both team captains from the two camps came out to express their readiness for the game with She Corporate ‘s Phiona Nabbumba emphasizing that her teammates should take a hard look at themselves.

We just have to take a hard look at ourselves, develop and go again come Sunday. She said
We failed to pick maximum points off Makerere University in our first game because of a number of factors including the unplayable ground but we are not here to make excuses. That is behind us, the coaches have tried to make improvements and all we want on Sunday is to win. She added
On the other side the Queens Captain Zaina Namuleme is so determined to win the game;

We respect She Corporate but come what may on Sunday we just need a win. she said
We lost the League last season on the final day and therefore, we don’t want to falter at the very beginning. All we want is to pick enough points at the start and winning our first game with a big margin gives us confidence ahead of the next games. She added
In the first game of the season, She Corporate drew one- all (1-1) away to new league entrants Makerere University Women Football Club while Kampala Queens won comfortably at home against the other new league entrant Asubo Gafford Ladies Football Club.
