FUFA Big League: Unbeaten NEC host Mbarara City in Bugolobi

The FUFA Big League returns on Thursday with eight games on match day four(4) as we put our focus on the early game as table leaders NEC FC host Mbarara City at the Coffee Grounds, Bugolobi.

The Bugolobi side who still hold 100 percent record at the moment lead the log with maximum points( 9 points out of 3 games) and will hope to win this one in order to maintain their top form amdist the form held by their players

Talking to the Club media, NEC head coach Micheal Lukyamuzi confirms that his team will play their game against Mbarara;

We are not under any pressure though Mbarara City is a more experienced team who  have played at a higher level. We shall play our game and hope for the best results”

On the other side, Mbarara City who are in third place on the log with seven points after winning two of their games and drawing one against Jinja North will also be high on confidence.

Despite being without some of their key players like Tom Kakaire, the Ankole Lions will hope to tame the Bugolobi boys

Ahead of the game, the Mbarara City head coach Sadiq Ssempigi, stated that his team is targeting maximum points.

We are facing table leaders who have not lost any game. We will not take chances against them and our plan is to convert all the opportunities we shall create in the game.”
