Former Asubo Gafford midfielder joins Turkish side

After a long time in Turkey, Sandra Nantumbwe finally Hatayspor Women Football Club in the  from Jaguars Football Club in California, USA on a one year contract.

Hatayspor Women Football Club plays in the Turkey Women Football super League. The forward has previously piled her trade at Jaguars Football Club and Asubo Gafford Ladies Football Club.

Nantumbwe joined Redland Community College located in El Reno, Oklahoma USA in 2017 with fellow team-mate Joan Nakirya. She later left and joined Southwestern Oklahoma State University in the same city.

She has represented the national colours on a couple of occasions under former Head Coach Faridah Bulega the most notable one being her last against Ethiopia.

Nantumbwe joins up with fellow Ugandan Natasha Shirazi in Turkey who has just joined Beskitas Women Football Club.
