Attacking Midfielder Faisal Ssekyanzi has re-signed for the Six-time Uganda Premier League champions Express FC.
The 23-year old whose contract at Tooro United had expired at the end of last season, put pen to paper on a three-year deal with the Red Eagles.
“Joining Express FC is a huge milestone but what’s more important is playing for the badge, I hope to build on what I achieved last season” Ssekyanzi stated after his unveiling on Friday afternoon.
Last Season, Ssekyanzi was involved in 6 of Tooro United’s 18 goals as they were relegated from the Uganda Premier League.
He becomes the Red Eagle’s latest addition after Abel Eturude, Mustafa Kiragga, Richard Bbosa, Baker Sakah, Mahad Yaya, Godfrey Lwesibawa, Denis Otim, Crispus Kusima, Charles Musige, Isaac Nsengyiyunva, and John Byamukama.
He also becomes the Eighth player to have worked with Bbosa in any part of his career after Lwesibawa (SC Villa and Tooro United), Kusima (Tooro United) Eturude (SC Villa), Mahad (SC Villa), Musige (Tooro United), and Byamukama (Tooro United).
