Ayub Khalifa summons provisional Uganda U20 Women’s squad ahead of World Cup Qualifiers


Uganda U20 Women’s national football team head coach Ayub Khalifa has summoned a provisional 28-woman squad for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.

Uganda will battle South Africa in the third round of qualifiers next month.

Cyprus based striker Juliet Nalukenge is back into the squad having missed the CECAFA U20 Women’s Championship in Njeru last Month.

The first leg of the tie will played on December 3rd at the St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende before a return leg in South Africa two weeks later.

The team is expected to enter camp on Friday at the Cranes Paradise Hotel in Kisaasi and will begin training on Saturday morning.
