Batball Uganda launched the Batball X cricket tournament on Wednesday morning at the Cooper Chimney restaurant in Lugogo.
The tournament that will be played in two regions; Central and East is set to start on 15th and climax on the 20th August 2023.
It will consist of five regions from Uganda (East, North, Nile, Central and West)and a U19 team from neighbors Rwanda.
This year’s Batball X will be held with an intent to showcase immense Cricket talent and put out a powerful message of creating a healthier tomorrow.
This will be done through Creating awareness for Hypertension with an intention to reduce this pressing health issue something that will leave a lasting impact on the community.
The sides were grouped in two groups;
