2020/21 FUFA Big League: second round draft fixtures released

The 2020-21 StarTimes FUFA Big League season will resume on Sunday 16th May 2021 with the second round fixtures. This was confirmed following the release of draft fixtures on Friday afternoon.

Elgon group log leaders Arua Hills will start their second round campaign away to third placed Blacks Power at the Emokori Stadium Bukedea. Gadaffi will also be away from home against Mbale Heroes at the Mbale Municipal Stadium. Bottom placed Paidha Black Angels will begin their survival at home against fellow strugglers Maroons FC, who sit second bottom on the log.

In the Rwenzori group, Tooro United will be away to Waters FC in their first game of the second round while Proline will start away to Kigezi HomeBoys at the Kabale Municipal Stadium.

Tiles and Terrazzo will host Luwero United at the Kakyeka Stadium, Mbarara on Monday in the last game of the match day eight fixtures.

The best placed team in each group will automatically qualify to join the topflight league and will be joined by one other team from the play offs.

The league will climax on Sunday 20th June, 2021 with the third placed playoff and final game between the two top placed side in either group.
