The fast-paced forward has been a free agent since the termination of his contract at Egyptian side Pyramids.
He featured for the Uganda Cranes at the 2019 AFCON Finals held in Egypt and started all the four games for the national side under the stewardship of Uganda Cranes gaffer Sebastien Desabre.
He has also previously featured for Kalmar FF (Sweden) and had a loan spell at Syrianska before joining Pyramids.
He becomes Vipers’ sixth signing this window after Isa Mubiru, Marvin Joseph Youngman, Olivier Omadjondo Osomba, Ashraf Mandela and goalkeeper Alfred Macumu Mudekereza.
