Mburo Blasters responded with resistance, led by an unbeaten 79 from Steven Wabwose and 27 from Edwin Nuwagaba, but the required rate proved too steep. Victoria Strikers’ Remarkable Turnaround

Their resurgence included a memorable five-wicket win over Bunyonyi Warriors, followed by dominant victories against Mburo Blasters. They carried this momentum forward with a narrow four-run win over Kyoga Avengers before finishing the group stage with another emphatic 44-run triumph.
Under captain Kenneth Waiswa, the Strikers transformed from early strugglers into one of the most dangerous sides in the competition, peaking at the perfect time.
In the decisive phase, Simon Ssesazi once again delivered a match-defining performance with a stunning century, earning him Player of the Match honours and capping off Victoria’s dominant finish. Despite all three top teams finishing level on 10 points, Victoria Strikers clinched the title on net run rate.
