Seiri Arigumaho netted a brace to give Mbarara City their first Uganda Premier League away win since 2021 at the Lugazi Stadium on Wednesday evening.

Arigumaho’s goal were scored in different halfs , the first coming six (6) minutes to close the opening stanza with a sharp strike after a scramble in the box.

The other came in at the hour mark after a great break away by Latif Ssenkubuge to lay it on the plate for Arigumaho to tap home.

The win creates a crisis for BUL who continue their winless run this season with two (2) draws and two (2) losses.

For Mbarara City, they collect their first victory of the campaign to take point tally to five (5) points up to 6th on the League table.

In their next games, BUL will make a trip to Nakivubo to face URA on 18th October as Mbarara host Kitara at Kakyeka on the same day.
