Uganda Doves flagged off for the 2022 Ludo World Cup

The Uganda Doves were flagged off to the 2022 Ludo World Cup in Dubai & Nepal on Wednesday morning at the National Council of Sports headquarters in Lugogo.

They were flagged at function that was graced by the NCS senior administrative officer Mr. Ivan Mugowa.

The tournament has three group and Uganda was placed in Group A alongside Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Pakistan.

In the other Groups South Africa, Bangladesh, Norway and Spain lay in B. The final one holds India, Nepal, Brazil and Thailand.

The group stages of the tournament will be played in Dubai from 28th to 29th November and  semi-finals in Nepal on 30th.
